Programs
School-to-School Pipeline that serves our community and protects our Youth
Credible Messengers
Our Credible Messenger program connects youth with trusted mentors who have lived experiences that resonate with their own challenges. These mentors provide guidance, inspiration, and a bridge to positive opportunities, fostering personal growth, accountability, and stronger community ties. By building authentic relationships, our Credible Messengers empower young people to make better choices and navigate life’s complexities with confidence and resilience.
Community Asset Mapping
Community Asset Mapping is a collaborative effort to identify and leverage local resources, talents, and opportunities to create a supportive ecosystem for families. By engaging community stakeholders, we ensure that families have access to the tools, services, and networks they need to thrive. This holistic approach promotes interconnectedness, enhances resource accessibility, and fosters environments where families can flourish together.
Community-based Alternatives to Incarceration
Our Community-Based Alternatives to Incarceration program provides youth with opportunities to engage in mentoring, tutoring, and pro-social activities as positive pathways to growth. By addressing the root causes of challenges and offering meaningful support, we empower young people to break cycles of adversity, stay out of the justice system, and cultivate skills for a brighter future.
Independent Living Prep
Designed for youth ages 17–26, this program equips young people with the tools and resources necessary for independent living. Participants learn essential life skills, including budgeting, cooking, job readiness, and navigating housing options. Through hands-on support and guidance, we prepare young adults for success in managing their own lives, building confidence, and achieving stability.
Family Reunification
Our Family Reunification program supports families and system-affected youth in rebuilding and strengthening their bonds. Through mental health services and communication-focused interventions, we create pathways for healing and understanding. This program recognizes the vital role family plays in positive outcomes for youth and aims to nurture relationships that encourage growth and stability.
Participatory Defense
Participatory Defense empowers youth to take an active role in addressing and overcoming challenges within the justice system. By providing a structured outlet for self-advocacy, mentorship, and peer support, this program helps young people face adversity with courage and determination. Our goal is to shift the narrative, enabling youth to see their strengths and use them to create a better future.
